Holy Trinity Choir to perform ‘lush, romantic piece of music’

It’s a free performance featuring more than 60 voices from across Ontario.

Members of the Holy Trinity Choir and friends are joining together to sing Gabriel Fauré’s Requiem Friday at Holy Trinity Anglican Church beginning at 7 p.m.

“It is really a gift to the community,” said organist Ian Sadler.

“It is a very lush, romantic piece of music (with) beautiful melodies,” Sadler said. “There are parts for solo baritone, solo soprano and the choir has certainly enjoyed learning the work.”

Donations are being collected for the Grow in Grace campaign.
