The bone numbing coldness is back!
Environment Canada has issued a wind chill warning for Stratford, Perth and Huron counties.
The temperature outside could drop to 35 degrees below zero in some areas with the wind chill factored in.
The piercing cold is due to an arctic air mass that has settled over Southern Ontario.
People are urged to bundle up today.
