Stratford chef competing on Food Network

A Stratford chef will be in the spotlight tomorrow night.

Robert Rose, the owner of Canadian Grub to Go on Downie Street, is competing on an episode of “Chopped Canada”.

Rose took home honours for best vegetarian dish at last year’s Savour Stratford and was named Iron Chef Champion at the Garlic Festival.

Rose is also bringing a taste of his competition to Stratford.

He’s invited his fellow chefs from the episode to showcase their abilities with a series of dinners at Grub to Go.
