Those are the core pillars of the Avon Maitland District School Board’s 2026-2030 strategic plan.
Board officials said the new plan’s vision is that every student in every school experiences a strong, positive learning environment, a sense of belonging, and a meaningful connection to their community.
Board chair Michael Bannerman said it represents their shared commitments and highest aspirations for students over the next four years.
The plan will focus on giving students a chance to develop essential skills, a safe and supportive environment and transparent communication.
