OPP investigating assault and robbery in Goderich

The Huron County OPP is investigating a robbery in Goderich.

Police say just before 10:00 p.m. last night officers responded to a 911 call at a home on West Street.

They learned a male suspect wearing a disguise had gotten into the home and assaulted a 21-year-old man.

The attacker demanded cash and some electronics.  The victim handed them over and the attacker fled with the stolen property.

The attacker is described as a medium height Caucasian man with a stocky build.  He was wearing a red and black flannel jacket and was carrying a gym-size duffle bag.
