Very cold temperatures and strong winds have already caused wind chill values to reach the minus thirties this morning.

Frostbite and hypothermia can occur within minutes on a day like today.

Bundle up and make sure all exposed skin is covered before heading outside.

The gusting winds will cause blowing snow today leading to poor driving visibility.
