The extreme cold weather continues today throughout the region.

Stratford, Perth and Huron counties are all under wind chill warnings from Environment Canada.

Very cold temperatures and strong winds have already caused wind chill values to reach the minus thirties this morning.

Frostbite and hypothermia can occur within minutes on a day like today.

Bundle up and make sure all exposed skin is covered before heading outside.

The gusting winds will cause blowing snow today leading to poor driving visibility.

Give yourself extra time while behind the wheel today.
