Stratford News Wind chill warning still in effect SHARE ON: Ethan Rabidoux, staff Wednesday, Jan. 29th, 2014 Environment Canada’s endless wind chill warning is still in effect for Stratford, Perth and Huron counties. We’re in for another day of bone-numbing cold. A bitter arctic air mass combined with strong gusty winds is driving down wind chills to 30 degrees below zero this morning. This is also causing blowing snow throughout the region which will reduce driving visibility. Motorists are urged to be vigilant and drive according to the road conditions. Frostbite and hypothermia can occur within minutes on a day like today. Make sure you bundle up and cover all exposed skin.
