United Way at 44% of target

The United Way Perth-Huron is approaching the half-way mark of this year’s goal.

So far the agency has raised about 44% of the $1,170,000 target.

Ryan Erb, the organization’s Executive Director, says they’re starting to make up the shortfall in year’s campaign:

Donations from the United Way help fund nearly 50 agencies in our area, including Family Services Perth-Huron.

Susan Melkert, the Executive Director of Family Services, says the money helps them to help others:
