The Stratford Country Club will be sold.
The club’s membership voted to approve an offer at a meeting Friday night.
The offer comes from Kitchener-based Gateman-Milloy.
Mark Straus, the president of the country club, says that company knows what it’s doing:

Straus, however, would not give the exact purchase price:

Those liabilities include a debt of over $1 million.
Straus says he doesn’t see anything that would hold the deal up:

Gateman-Milloy is set to get full control of the Stratford Country Club by the end of January.
