OPP’s Festive R.I.D.E. program leads to two impaired charges

The Perth County OPP was out in force this weekend.

Officers set up a total of 23 R.I.D.E. checkpoints throughout the county.

A number of roadside tests were done leading to two people getting arrested for drinking and driving offences.

They were a 63-year-old man from St. Marys and a 32-year-old man from West Perth.

The OPP’s Festive R.I.D.E. program runs until January 2^nd.
