Vandals slash tires; destroy Christmas decorations in Stratford

Stratford Police are investigating after a vandalism spree in the city.

20 tires were slashed on 15 vehicles Saturday night.

It happened around the C.H. Meier Boulevard, Avonwood Drive, Willow Street and Devon Street area.

On top of the slashed tires a number of cars were scratched and some Christmas decorations and lights were stolen or smashed.

If you know anything about this vandalism you’re asked to call the Stratford Police at 519-271-4147 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
