Stratford’s Tom Patterson Island is getting some new lighting.
It’s a joint venture between the city’s Civic Beautification and Environmental Awareness and Communities in Bloom committees.
The venture is a way to celebrate the CBEAC’s 25th anniversary and the CIB’s 20th.
The LED lights will be lit on December 21st, which happens to be the longest night of the year.
