A Stratford teen has lost his licence and gotten his mother’s van impounded.
The OPP says an officer spotted a speeding van Saturday on Perth Line 33.
Radar showed it was going 144 km/h in an 80 km/h zone.
The teen was pulled over and was charged with racing.
