The first weekend of the New Year could be a messy one.
Environment Canada says a big storm will form on the Gulf Coast late tonight and early into tomorrow morning.
When it arrives in Southwestern Ontario it could bring a mix of snow, freezing rain and ice pellets.
That could make travelling hazardous.
Environment Canada is keeping an eye on the system and will issue more updates as needed.
