“wouldurather” stop smoking challenge deadline Sunday

This is your last chance to sign up for the “wouldurather” challenge.

The Perth District Health Unit is encouraging young people to sign up for the stop smoking contest.

The deadline is Sunday.

Smokers between the ages of 18 and 29 could win $2,500.

Dominique Bruce from the PDHU says even if you’ve tried to quit before you should keep at it:

Bruce says you should sign up even if you’re not ready to totally kick the habit:

In the contest smokers have to pledge to reduce their smoking or quit altogether for six weeks.
