Local region spared the worst of today’s storm

We’re in for some winter weather today but Stratford, Perth and Huron counties will be spared from the worst of it.

Southern Ontario between Toronto and Windsor and over into the Eastern Townships will catch the brunt of today’s wallop.

Our region will see five centimeters of snow and blowing snow.

There are no school closures or bus cancellations to report at this time.

Take it easy out there today, bundle up and remain alert while behind the wheel.
