Two hurt in horse and buggy crash

Two people had to be taken to hospital after a crash involving a horse and buggy.

The Perth County OPP says it happened Sunday morning at the intersection of Road 124 and Line 64 near Milverton.

The buggy made a left turn right into the path of a pickup truck.

The 19-year-old woman driving the buggy and a 16-year-old passenger were both flung to the road suffering minor injuries.

She’s been charged with making an improper left turn.
