The Huron County OPP has released the name of the person killed in a morning crash.
She was 46-year-old Mary-Jane Forrester of South Huron.
Forrester was pronounced dead at the scene of a three vehicle collision.
It happened around 6:00 a.m. on Highway 4 between Kirkton and Crediton Roads.
Another driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries and two others were taken to hospital as a precaution.
The investigation is ongoing.
