The Perth District Health Unit is offering a way to help smokers kick the habit.

Through the Smoking Treatment for Ontario Patients Program the PDHU can provide smokers with five weeks of nicotine patches for free.

If you’re interested in taking part in the STOP program you can attend a workshop in Stratford on February 20th.

To see if you are eligible to participate, and to register for the workshop, call the Perth District Health Unit at 519-271-7600 ext 267 or toll-free at 1-877-271-7348 ext 267.
