Michael Schweitzer’s trial didn’t begin today as planned.
The accused killer has hired a new lawyer.
Instead an assignment court date was set for May 29th.
The judge also noted that three weeks had been set aside for this trial, and that another three weeks may not be able to be scheduled this year.
Schweitzer is facing first degree and attempted murder charges in the shootings of 17-year-old Nicole Wagler and Tyler Baker in Milverton.
Wagler lost her life in the December 2012 incident.
