Pettapiece praises Hydro One investigation

Ontario Ombudsman Andre Marin is investigating Hydro One’s billing and customer service practices.

This has earned him the praise of Randy Pettapiece.

The Perth-Wellington MPP wrote Marin today to express his support for the investigation.

He also outlined the billing problems of local constituents and concerns about Hydro One’s customer service.

Pettapiece says his office routinely gets calls and messages about this issue.

He encourages all constituents who have had billing or customer service issues with Hydro One to contact the Ombudsman’s office to share their feedback and participate in the ongoing investigation.
