Perth East holding Zoning By-law amendment meetings

The Township of Perth East is holding two public meetings regarding proposed Zoning By-law amendments.

The first property is part of Lot 10, Concession 2 in the Township of Ellice and is owned by Michael Wilhelm Excavating Ltd.  

The applicant wants to rezone about 40.5 hectares of property from Agricultural to Mineral Aggregate Resources. 

The second property is in South Easthope Ward and is Part of Lot 41, Concession 1.

The applicant has applied to change the zoning on this property to allow for a medical and professional office use.

Both meetings are scheduled for March 4^th at 7:00 p.m. at the Township of Perth East Municipal Offices in Milverton located at 25 Mill Street East.
