Green Arc to start calling applicants

Green Arc Tire kicks off its hiring campaign next week.

The company says it’ll begin contacting hundreds of applicants as they look to fill 340 positions at their new, state-of-the-art facility in St. Marys.

Danna O’Brien is the spokesperson for Green Arc.

She says the company hopes to get in touch with as many of the 1500 applicants as possible:

O’Brien says the company is following through on its plan to reserve some spots for certain applicants:

The facility will be the largest eco-friendly tire manufacturing plant in North America.

Green Arc’s goal is to begin production in March.
