Two North Perth teens facing long list of charges

Two North Perth teenagers are in hot water after a Valentine’s Day visit from the police.

The Perth County OPP says officers were investigating an incident at a home in Listowel when they found some stolen property.

An investigation found the property had been recently shoplifted from four stores.

Store surveillance was used to help find where the property was from and when it had been stolen.

The two girls, aged 14 and 15, have each been charged with 10 counts of shoplifting.

They’re set to appear in court next month in Listowel to answer to the charges.
