Stratford man up for national award

A Stratford man is up for a big award.

Geza Wordofa has been named a finalist for the RBC Top 25 Canadian Immigrant Award.

There are 75 finalists in total.

Wordofa, who was born in Ethiopia, is an active volunteer in our community.

He’s also the director and founder of the Multicultural Association of Perth-Huron.

You can vote for Wordofa at this website until May 11th.

The winners will be announced in June.
