More farms near Woodstock have been put under quarantine.
This comes after avian flu was discovered at a turkey operation last week.
The quarantine now includes eight farms.
Reports say at least 7500 birds have died with 4500 more scheduled to be put down.
More tests are being done by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency to figure out if these cases are related to the outbreak in the United States.
