Mayor Mathieson pleased with parts of federal budget

Stratford Mayor Dan Mathieson is positive on parts on the federal budget.

He says one thing he likes is related to our nation’s 150th birthday:

Mayor Mathieson says the feds have also committed money that could help one of Stratford’s biggest issues:

Mayor Mathieson added he hopes the city will also be able to get some funding from a $750 million public transit fund, even though it’s meant for larger systems.
