The OPP is out with a warning for drivers: spring is a fatal season on the roads. They say most fatal collisions happen when the weather is bright and sunny.
This past weekend alone two people died on OPP patrolled roads and several more were hurt in separate crashes. That was despite the perfect road and weather conditions.
The OPP is reminding you to check your blind spots, ensure intersections are clear, and to stay attentive while driving in the nicer weather.
