HPHA holding workshop for diabetics looking to change food relationship

If you’re a diabetic that wants to change your relationship with food, this could be for you.

The Huron Perth Health Care Alliance is holding a three part workshop called “Craving Change”.  It’s aimed at helping you understand why changing eating habits is hard.

It’ll also help you identify your triggers for problematic eating.

Craving Change is happening on May 14^th, 21^st, and 28^th at the Seaforth Community Hospital.  You have to register by May 12^th by calling the Seaforth Hospital at 519-527-1650 Ext 4242.
