Frost advisory in effect for Perth and Huron

We’re in for frost tonight.

There’s an advisory in effect for Perth and Huron Counties.  Environment Canada says a high pressure system will move into southern Ontario.

Combined with clear skies and light winds frost should form in Perth and Huron Counties.  This means you’ll have to cover up any plants you may have in your garden.

If you don’t the frost may damage or even kill them.  Some kinds of trees are also susceptible to frost and will need to be protected.

Environment Canada is keeping an eye on things and will issue more updates as needed.
