The Waterloo Regional Police has identified the victim of a homicide in Wilmot Township.

Police say Henry Alexander Jarsch, a 41-year-old Kitchener man, was found dead at a home on Erb’s Road West Sunday night after officers responded to a report of gunshots.

A 26-year-old Wilmot Township man has been charged with second degree murder and two counts of attempted murder.

A 52-year-old Kitchener man has been charged with accessory after the fact in connection with the murder.

Two other men, both 37-years-old, suffered non-life threatening gunshot wounds believed to be related to the incident on Erb’s Road.  Both have been charged jointly with robbery with a firearm.

The investigation is ongoing.
