If you know someone who thinks they have the best barbecue skills, here’s their chance to prove it. Stratford Blues and Ribfest will be hosting a Weekend Warrior Amateur Barbecue Competition this year.
The competition is being sanctioned by the Canadian Southern BBQ Association and will be judged by professional judges. Top prize is $1,000.
It’s happening on June 21st in the York Street parking lot. Anyone interested in taking part will have to pre-register first. Send an email to [email protected] for more information.
