The Oxford County OPP has laid a charge following a crash that clogged a part of the 401.
Police say a tractor trailer jack knifed just before 8:00 a.m. Monday morning between Putnam Road and Culloden Line.
The driver, a 32-year-old man from Brampton, has been charged with careless driving.
