UPDATE: 18-year-old woman airlifted to hospital following serious crash

The OPP says Perth Line 26 should reopen at about 3:00 p.m.  It’s been closed east of Harmony after a serious crash there this morning.

Police say that a Pontiac sedan crossed directly in front of a tractor trailer at about 7:15 a.m.  The driver of the Pontiac, 18-year-old Kourtney Davis from Zorra Township, was airlifted to hospital with major injuries.

The 61-year-old truck driver from East Zorra wasn’t hurt.  The Perth County OPP is continuing to investigate this crash.
