Boris Panovski’s preliminary hearing has been set. Reports say it’ll begin on October 7th.
That decision was made Thursday in a Goderich court. It was also revealed that his application for Legal Aid has been turned down, a decision that is being appealed.
Panovski is facing first degree and attempted murder charges. The 70-year-old is accused of killing Don Frigo and shooting Frigo’s wife Eva.
The shootings happened last September near Clinton.
