The Stratford Symphony Orchestra is looking for a new principal conductor.

The SSO will be asking its audience and members of the orchestra for their input on the decision.

Six candidates are up for the position, all of whom will conduct SSO concerts over the next year.

Audience members and musicians will then fill out questionnaires asking for their views on each conductor’s performance.

The process begins at this Saturday’s Dramatic Beethoven concert, to be conducted by Daniel Warren.

It concludes in March of next year.
