Partners in Employment getting $345k in federal funding

Partners in Employment is getting some federal funding.  Over $345,000 is going towards a youth employment project.

It will help 60 young people in Stratford and the surrounding area either get into the job market or go back to school.  Participants will learn skills like time management and resume writing.

They’ll also get work experience with local employers in fields like manufacturing, child-care and food service.  Perth-Wellington MP Gary Schellenberger announced the funding today on behalf of the federal government.
