A man is safe and sound today after he was trapped in a grain bin. It happened at a farm on Perth Road 140 Monday afternoon.
The farmer ended up stuck waist-deep in corn while working in the bin. Emergency crews responded after they got a 911 call.
West Perth and Perth East Fire Chief Bill Hunter is praising their efforts:

There were no injuries. An air ambulance was there but it ended up not being needed.
