Cullitons defeat Cambridge 3-1 Saturday night

The Stratford Cullitons took complete control of their playoff series against Cambridge Saturday night.

They defeated the Winter Hawks 3-1 to take a 2-0 lead in the best-of-seven series.

Brett Heaman, Shane O’Brien and Nick Nigro each scored for Stratford.

Nick Caldwell earned the win in net.

The Cullitons are next in action Monday night when they host game three.

The puck drops at 7:30pm.

If you can’t make it out to the William Allman Arena, tune into 1240 CJCS at 7:15pm for the pregame show followed by the match up.
