There’s going to be a tour of the Cooper Site Thursday.
It’ll be the last one before a safety fence is put up. Recently city council voted to have the fence erected to satisfy an unsafe order issued against the building.
Dean Robinson, the author of Railway Stratford, will host the walking tour. Robinson says he believes these tours can change people’s minds when it comes to what to do with the building:

Robinson has hosted a number of tours of the Cooper Site. He says they can be an eye-opener:

The “Beat the Fence Tour” is happening at 7:00 p.m. Thursday. Anyone looking to take part should meet at the Cooper Site parking lot off of St. Patrick Street.
