Affordable Housing Proposals needed in Stratford and St. Marys

A Request for Proposals for affordable housing has been released.

The City of Stratford is looking to partner with experienced locals to develop, own and operate the units.

The housing is needed not only in Stratford but also St. Marys and other parts of Perth County.

Anyone interested in submitting a proposal is encouraged to attend an RFP information session on August 14th.

The proposal deadline is 2:00 p.m. on September 2nd.
