Police looking for man wanted for attempted murder

Waterloo Regional Police Service needs the public’s help.

They are trying to track down 27-year-old Mark Robert Lucas.

He’s wanted on warrant.

Police allege that on June 30th, 2012, Lucas was involved in the attempt to murder while using a firearm.

Warrants have been issued Attempt Murder x4, Possession of Prohibited or Restricted Firearm with Ammunition, Unauthorized Possession of Firearm and Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm.

Lucas is described as a white male, 6’1’’ and 198 pounds with black hair.

He is considered violent and should not be approached.

Anyone seeing Lucas is asked to immediately contact the Waterloo Regional Police Dispatch at (519)-653-7700.
