UTRCA not expecting any flooding despite warmer temperatures

The Upper Thames River Conservation Authority isn’t expecting any flooding this week.

That’s despite the warmer temperatures in the forecast.

Temperatures today have been above zero and more of the same is expected for tomorrow and Friday.

The UTRCA says some melting of the snowpack could cause drainage issues in some areas, but nothing significant.

The Authority is, however, reminding parents to keep pets and children away from waterways during March Break.
