Bieber’s case back in court next month but he won’t be there

Justin Bieber’s assault case will be back in a Toronto court next month but he won’t be there.

The Stratford-native’s lawyer broke the news yesterday to the media and about two-dozen heartbroken fans.

Bieber turned himself over to Toronto Police in January where a circus of journalists, photographers and screaming admirers were waiting for him.

The pop sensation is accused of assaulting a limo driver back in December after he and five others were picked up in Toronto.
