Thomas Chalmers’ preliminary hearing has been set for June.
The 56-year-old West Perth man and a co-accused, who was a youth at the time, face charges dating back to an incident in the mid-seventies.
Those charges include rape, abduction, and indecent assault.
The hearing will take place on June 17th in Stratford.
