Stratford’s Dr. Sean Blaine has a new job.
He’s been named President and Chair of the Association of Family Health Teams of Ontario.
Dr. Blaine is also the lead physician at the STAR Family Health team in Stratford.
The association is a not-for-profit that represents Ontario’s primary care teams.
Their goal is to ensure that all Ontarians have access to timely and high-quality team-based healthcare.
As president Dr. Blaine’s focus is on improving health care by strengthening leadership, measurement and quality improvement skills, and resources in primary care teams.
