Vandergunst still playing hockey

A convicted sex offender and former Stratford Culliton is still playing hockey. Mitch Vandergunst is suiting up for the Clinton Radars.

Last year the 21-year-old was found guilty of two counts of sexual assault in connection with a 2013 incident in Exeter, his hometown.

When the convictions came to light Vandergunst was kicked off the Cullitons. He was sentenced to a year in jail but is free as his appeal moves forward.
