Bieber’s benefit concert raises more than $74k for House of Blessing

Justin Bieber’s special acoustic show pulled in some big money for the Stratford House of Blessing.

Executive Director Theresa McMurray says they’re expecting $74,600 from the ticket sales.

She says that money is going to be a big help:

McMurray adds there’s always more pressure around Christmas:

Bieber has a history of helping out the House of Blessing.

Four years ago he donated $10,000 to them and the proceeds from an auction of some childhood items earlier this year went to them as well.

One item from that auction, a pair of shoes, had a winning bid of just over $60,000 but it was never paid.  McMurray says they still have the shoes and are making plans to use them in another fundraiser.
