18 vehicle crash in Wellington County Saturday

Police were called out to an 18 vehicle collision on Saturday south of Arthur.

The Wellington County OPP was called just after 4:00pm to the crash on Highway 6.

Highway 6 was closed for approximately 2.5 hours from Wellington Road 109 to Wellington Road 17.

Police investigated many other multi-vehicle collisions over the weekend as blowing snow made for lousy visibility.

Police want to remind you that winter weather isn’t finished.

If you’re out and about on local roads and highways, adjust your driving to the road conditions.
