The GE Café Chef Series kicks off this Sunday.
Throughout the spring six chefs, including three from Stratford, will host interactive cooking classes.
The classes offer hands-on skills development built around modern culinary topics.
The first class will be hosted by Robert Rose of Canadian Grub to Go.
